Aniko Kiss (MiCFE, EnCE, CBE, MCFE)

Aniko Kiss is the Director of Forensics at CASRA. Ms. Kiss is a highly experienced and talented computer forensic investigator. She has delivered Mac and iOS forensics training to international law enforcement including the FBI, US Department of Defense Cyber Crime Centre, the Dutch National Police Academy, the United Kingdom (UK) police as well as local law enforcement agencies. She has conducted numerous computer forensic investigations for Law Firms, Investigative Agencies, Corporations, and Law Enforcement. Ms Kiss has assisted in preparation of legal proceedings both in civil and criminal matters in all levels of court. Her cases have involved first-degree murder, fraud, assault and others. She has been declared an expert in Computer Forensics, mobile devices, iOS devices, photo, audio, and video analysis in the Superior and Ontario Courts of Justice. Ms Kiss has spoken at numerous conferences, the most recent being the Human Resource Professional Association. She is the current chairman of the ASIS Professionals Best Practices Seminar.

Ferris Hamdan (MBA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC)

Ferris is the Director of Cyber Security & compliance at CASRA. Ferris is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in information security Governance, IT risk management, project management, compliance, operational risk, and enterprise infrastructure and operations for clients in the Telecom, financial services, construction, engineering, and retail industries. Ferris holds a Master of Business Administration – MBA-Project Management. Ferris is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Ferris is a frequent speaker at cybersecurity conferences such as ISACA Canada USA, CISO forum, data connectors, and information security forum (ISF) conferences.

Marty Musters (B. Math, CISSP, CFE, CISA)

Marty Musters is the Director of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity at CASRA. Mr. Musters is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and has over 35 years of experience. He has extensive experience in the Nuclear, Health Care and Banking sectors. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified System Security Auditor (CISA). Mr. Musters specializes in assisting clients in preparing them for breach readiness including Cyber Security Incident Response Plans and Playbooks, and performing Cyber Security Risk Assessments. Other key focus areas include Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans. Mr. Musters is a frequent and sought-after speaker.

Constantine Karbaliotis (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM)

Constantine Karbaliotis is an expert in global privacy compliance and privacy management, with seventeen years’ experience in privacy, on both domestic and international levels, combining his legal acumen with understanding of technology and operational challenges. Constantine has fulfilled numerous roles in privacy, first and most recently as a consultant. Constantine has also acted as privacy officer and leader for two multinational organizations, where he managed the company’s internal compliance and the development and implementation of privacy programs, dealing with diverse areas of international privacy and data protection. During his career, he has also led a team of privacy advisors at a prominent software company serving privacy offices, developing expertise in solutions that support privacy compliance and automation including implementing technologies and processes for major multinationals. Constantine’s experience has helped clients build effective privacy programs to comply with Canadian, US and EU legislation (including GDPR), to remain compliant with ever-increasing regulation and expectations.

Constantine has numerous privacy credentials and regularly speaks, teaches, and participates internationally at privacy events. Constantine is a member of the Canadian Advisory Board of the International Association of Privacy Professionals as well as a member of its training faculty. Constantine participates in delivering an online course on privacy and risk management, through the University of Toronto Continuing Education.

Cat Coode

Cat is an engineer and software architect; Cat has spent two decades working at tech companies in roles from software developer to senior management. In 2013, Cat recognized the need for people to better understand the importance of their digital data and how to keep it safe. Cat specializes in guiding companies through their global privacy regulation compliance such as GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA, HIPAA, LGPD. She is backed by a certification in Canadian Privacy Law from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Ken Dugdale, CISSP, CISA

Ken brings expertise in the areas of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Architecture across the entire topology of Mobile, Desktop, Mid-range and Mainframe. Ken has worked my way up through all the “construction” roles such as Operations, Deployment, Administration, Maintenance, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Architecture over a period of decades to gain first-hand experience with Operational Technology, IoT and Customer Premise Equipment, Desktop, Network and Cloud technologies.

Sherri Ireland, CISSP

Sherri is a 30-year veteran of the security industry. Sherri is highly experienced in Cyber security awareness training sessions, and security consulting.  She is part-time faculty in the Protection Security and Investigation program at Fleming College since 2011 and the Vice-Chair of the ASIS Toronto Chapter 193.
