What is a Business Continuity Plan (BCP)?
A Business Continuity Plan is a comprehensive set of plans to allow each business unit to resume business processes for each business unit. Up to 75% of businesses fail within 3 years of a major disaster. Understanding the needs of your employees during an unexpected incident is key. A good BCP starts with a good Disaster Recovery Plan.

Preparation
